Has all the pieces and tools for assembly. Sometimes the buffer retaining pin and spring are provided, sometimes 2 buffer retaining pins and sometimes neither. You should have them from your lower already or in your parts kit if it’s a new build.
You will NOT need the buffer retaining pin and spring for the 15-22 build because there is no buffer or spring to retain in the stock.
You will need an armorers wrench for the pistol

All versions and all years of the 15-22 including ALL Carbine, PC (Performance Center) and Pistol versions.
