This fits an 8″ wrist.
Wrap a string around your wrist, then measure it straight.
If it is over 8 1/4 this will be too tight
Under 7 3/4 it will be too loose
They do stretch or shrink a little over time to fit better than when they are new.
The cord does not move, the weave does.
