The 12.5″ Free Float Hand guard for the M&P 15-22 is engineered to fit tightly against the receiver, which eliminates the gap between the receiver and the rail and any rotation.
Features a top Picatinny rail at the front and rear of the hand guard that’s split to reduce weight and M-LOK accessory slots.
- Barrel nut included (made specifically for the 15-22….no adapter needed)
- Black hard-coat anodized finish to MIL-SPEC Type III

The Tacticool22 AR-15 style 12.5″ M-LOK Free-Float Handguard fits tightly against the receiver, allowing for a monolithic top rail that eliminates the gap between the receiver and the rail.
M-LOK Free-Float Handguard Features
- No timing issues or shims to worry about. Just torque the barrel nut and slip the hand guard on.
- Ultra lightweight, heavy duty, T6 aluminum body.
- Hard Black Anodized finish after tumble de-burring and bead blasting for an ultra matte finish
- Magpul M-LOK modular locking accessory mounting system.
- Handguard slides over the proprietary barrel nut and is secured using three screws and special keeper nut.
