Seems many are having issues lately with Tacticool22 emails going to spam. Here is some quick how to’s on stopping this and making it more convenient to get your receipts and information on your orders.

Below are some quick guides for you to try…

OUTLOOK
To list a sender as safe, click on the Settings icon in the upper-right corner, then at the bottom of the window that pops up click on “View all Outlook settings.” Next, click on Junk Email and then scroll down to “Safe Senders and Domains.” You can enter any domains or addresses that you want to mark as safe.

To mark items in the Junk Email folder as not junk mail, right-click on the item and select, “Mark as not junk mail.”

GMAIL
Add the Tacticool22 email address (sales@Tacticool22.com) to your Gmail Contacts. Google will usually deliver emails from addresses that are in your Contacts.

Mark messages as ‘Not spam’
If Gmail has marked our email as spam, you will need to tell Gmail our emails are not spam.

In Gmail, navigate to the spam folder.
Search for an email from sales@Tacticool22.com
Select all the emails shown.
Click More and then Not spam.
Create a Filter
Create a filter to tell Google to whitelist the Tacticool22 emails.

Click the cog icon in the top-right corner, and then Settings
Click on Filters and then Create a new filter
Enter the @Tacticool22.com in the From field
Click Create filter with this search
In the box headed When a message arrives that matches this search select Never send it to spam
Click the Create filter button

YAHOO!
Add the Tacticool22 email address (sales@Tacticool22.com) to your Yahoo! Mail Contacts. Yahoo! will usually deliver emails from addresses that are in your Contacts.

Create a Filter in Yahoo!
Mouse over the Settings menu icon and select Settings
Click Filters and then Add
Enter a Filter Name
Enter @Tacticool22.com in the Sender field.
Select Inbox as the folder to deliver the email to
Click Save and then click Save again

MAC MAIL
While in Mail open Mail -> Preferences -> Junk Mail from the Menu list along the top of your screen. Make sure that Address Book, and Previous Recipients options are checked. Then exit the Preferences Window. Now all you have to do is Add them to your Address Book.app or Email them and they should no longer be marked as junk.
